The main objective of PharmaWall is to promote social conversations on our members’ Facebook pages while providing moderation of user-generated content. As such, PharmaWall is committed to the clear and transparent usage of information, as outlined in this Privacy Policy. In brief;

  • We will not collect any personally identifiable information that is not otherwise publicly accessible or that users do not directly provide to us
  • We will not place any cookies on your computer

What type of information or data is collected?

In general, PharmaWall will only collect the information required for (a) a Facebook user to interact with the system and submit user-generated content; or (b) a client to display to Facebook users. For that purpose, we may collect information such as user-submitted text and Web hyperlinks, Facebook user authorization parameters, interaction metrics, browser or platform information, and similar types of data. Unless required by law, we will not share our users' personal information, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses and usage information, except with their consent or in aggregate or anonymous form, with third parties.

How is this information used by PharmaWall?

All data collected by PharmaWall is used to help us optimize our product. For example, browser and platform information collected will be analyzed to help us ensure we keep our products compatible with the most popular versions of web browsers and operating systems. User-generated content is collected for moderation to determine compliance with our clients' policies.

Product-specific data is also collected for our member implementations, to help them better understand what types of content are being created, how it is being posted and what that means in terms of generating conversations within the social space.

What type of information is shared?

Since PharmaWall is designed to be compliant with client business operations, we report back to them information such as the text and Web hyperlinks of user-generated content. We also tell them where that content is being shared, for example Facebook or Twitter. For more information regarding the types of reports we provide our member websites, please see our product features.

We do not share any personally identifiable information.
